Forward the enquiry.
It comes back answered.

Your client asks what the unit down the corridor went for. Instead of leaving the reply to go and look it up, forward the enquiry to your inbox address. What comes back carries recent sale prices for that block from the public record, so you answer with the numbers already in front of you.

INBOX

The answer arrives where you are already typing.

Forward a client email to your inbox address and the reply carries that block's recent sale prices from the public HDB and URA record. No tab to open, no portal search on your phone, no leaving the conversation to go and check.

The forward

How does the enquiry get here?

You forward it, or you set one rule in Gmail or Outlook that forwards it for you. Your dashboard gives you a private inbox address; anything sent there is read only by you. There is no portal login to connect, no password to hand over and no browser extension, because the enquiry is already sitting in your mail and that is the only thing this needs.

  • + One forwarding rule, set once
  • + Works with Gmail and Outlook
  • + No portal account connected

The reply

What comes back?

Recent sale prices for the block the enquiry is about, taken from the public HDB resale and URA private transaction records. The reply arrives in your mail, so the numbers are in the same place you are already typing. The question a client asks first is what it went for nearby, and this is that answer without the detour through a portal search on your phone.

  • + Recent sales for that block
  • + From the public HDB and URA record
  • + Arrives in your mail

What it reads

Does it understand a portal enquiry?

It reads the property and the person out of the forwarded mail: the block or the project, the name, and the contact details the portal included. Where a field is not in the message it says so rather than guessing, because a confident wrong name in a reply that goes out over your signature is worse than a blank one.

  • + Property and requester parsed
  • + Missing fields reported, never invented
  • + You see it before anything is sent

Boundaries

What does it not do?

It does not scrape any portal, connect to your portal account, or read your mailbox. It sees only what you forward to the address. It does not send anything to a client on its own: every reply is yours to send. And it is email only, because moving a Singapore agent's working number to a WhatsApp Business account would cost them the ordinary WhatsApp app on that number.

  • + Nothing scraped
  • + Never sends on your behalf
  • + Email only, by design

The other two

Planner gives you one booking link instead of a seven-message time negotiation. Grow finds the owners most likely to sell next in the areas you already work. All three are in the same free dashboard.
