Is it really free for sellers?
Yes. You never pay FairComparisons anything. Agents pay a success fee of 0.25% of the sale price plus GST, and only if you complete a sale through an agent we referred. No upfront cost, and nothing if you do not sell.
Will agents spam me?
No. Your details are only shared with the agents you choose to invite, up to three. Agents you do not pick never see your contact details. The platform is PDPA-compliant.
How many agents will contact me?
Only the ones you invite, up to three. You see the ranked shortlist first and decide who to share your details with, so you stay in control.
How are you paid, and does it affect the ranking?
Agents pay a 0.25% success fee plus GST only when a referred sale completes. We are paid the same regardless of which agent you pick, so we have no reason to favour anyone. Rankings come from CEA, URA and HDB transaction data and cannot be bought.
