Does SRX let sellers compare agents and invite quotes?+
Not in that structured way. A seller browses the Agent Finder directory and contacts agents, or uses the SRX Concierge lead flow that routes their enquiry to agents or partners. FairComparisons is built specifically for the seller to compare agents on record and invite a shortlist to quote.
How are agents ranked on each?+
SRX surfaces agents through the directory (with track records), per-listing exposure and paid Featured Agent slots that promote an agent above the natural order. FairComparisons ranks by AgentScore from CEA/URA/HDB records; placement cannot be bought.
Is SRX better at anything?+
