Claim your profile: the record is already yours, take control of it

Every CEA-registered agent already has a page here. Claiming it is free, takes about a minute, never changes your rank, and opens the whole agent toolkit.

What it is

Your profile exists whether you claim it or not, because it is built from public transaction records rather than from a signup. Claiming proves it is you and hands you the controls.

You verify by email against your CEA registration, which is what stops anyone else claiming your record. Then you can add a photo, a message and your WhatsApp, and the whole agent toolkit opens: seller enquiries, the Planner, Deal Radar, Area Intelligence, the Pitch Kit, Paperwork and your standing.

It is free and stays free. There is no card, and nothing to cancel.

Why we built it

Ranking agents who never asked to be ranked puts an obligation on us. The least we owe someone is the ability to see what we publish about them, correct what is theirs to correct, and receive the enquiries their record earns.

It also had to be provably safe. An agent's page carries their livelihood, so claiming is verified against the email and the registration rather than being a form anyone can fill in.

The hard line is that claiming changes nothing about ranking. Not the score, not the order, not who receives leads. If claiming moved you up, the rankings would be an advertising product, and everything else we say would be worth less.

Who it helps

Any CEA-registered salesperson

Control of the page sellers actually read, and the enquiries that come off it.

Agents with a strong record and a small marketing budget

The work shows without paying anyone for placement.

Sellers

A claimed profile carries a photo, a message and a contactable agent, so the shortlist leads somewhere.

The use case

Finding out you have been ranked

A client mentions they looked you up and found a page with your deal history on it. You search your own name, find your profile, and see your score, your areas and your recorded transactions. You claim it with your CEA number, confirm by email, add a photo and your WhatsApp, and the enquiries from sellers comparing your area start arriving in a dashboard that was already filled in before you got there.

Walkthrough

  1. 01

    Find yourself

Search your name or CEA registration number on the claim page.

  2. 02

    Claim it

Confirm the profile is yours, with your CEA registration.

  3. 03

    Verify by email

We send a link. Clicking it proves the profile is yours and signs you in. There is no password to remember.

  4. 04

Fill in what only you know

Photo, a short message to sellers, your WhatsApp number and the areas you farm.

  5. 05

    The toolkit is open

Enquiries, Planner, Deal Radar, Area Intelligence, Pitch Kit, Paperwork and your standing, all free.

What it does not do

  • Claiming never changes your rank, your score or who receives leads. It is control of the page, not a lever on the ranking.
  • Your photo and your message are moderated before they go public, because they appear next to independent data.
  • One claim per profile, verified against the email. If someone else has claimed a profile that is yours, tell us and we will sort it out.
  • Your score does not change when you claim it. It is computed from transaction records either way.

Free, and it stays free.
